Flagship Store Manager — Bondi Beach, Sydney
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our flagship Bondi Beach location. This role oversees a unique retail environment combining premium men's and women's apparel with a specialty coffee offering. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading both the retail and barista teams, and ensuring a high standard of presentation, service, and performance. We're looking for someone hands-on, organised, and confident managing a fast-paced, customer-focused space.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor standards, visual merchandising, and presentation.
- Manage the in-store coffee offering alongside the barista team.
- Lead and manage the retail team including hiring, rostering, training, and performance reviews.
- Drive sales performance through goal setting, KPI tracking, and team motivation.
- Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience aligned with the brand.
- Oversee inventory management, stock movements, and store organisation.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of online orders from the store.

Warehouse & Customer Service Associate — Warriewood, Sydney
We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our team in Warriewood. This full-time role combines warehouse operations, online fulfilment, customer service, and general office support. You'll need to be organised, hands-on, and adaptable — able to move between physical and admin work as needed.
Experience in a fashion warehouse is ideal but not essential. Most importantly, we're after someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a small, hard-working team.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately
- Receive and organise incoming stock
- Maintain a clean, efficient warehouse
- Respond to customer enquiries and process returns
- Assist with data entry, order tracking, and basic reporting
- Update systems and product information when required
Skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable with both warehouse and office tasks
- Basic Excel skills (sorting, simple formulas)
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
- Prior warehouse or fulfilment experience a plus
